Operator and purpose
SENF GARAGE is operated by senfineco Oman for authorized staff to manage garage work. It is available as an Android app (package shop.senfineco.garage; earlier builds used shop.senfineco.suite) and as an iPhone and iPad app named Senfineco Garage (bundle ID shop.senfineco.suite). This policy covers both. It connects to the Senfineco company workspace and requires an internet connection and an authorized company account.
Information processed
- Company account identity, name, email, user identifier, roles and assigned branches.
- Customer names and phone numbers, vehicle registration plates, vehicle details and service history entered by staff.
- Work orders, inspection notes and photos, invoices, payment records and other documents entered or uploaded for garage operations.
- Changes to records and the identity and time of the staff member making a change. Hosting and sign-in providers also process technical request information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP addresses and browser or device information.
Use, storage and access
Information is used for account access, customer and vehicle service, inspections, invoicing, shared workshop operations and security. Business records and inspection photos are transmitted to company cloud services. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and access services; company sign-in may use Google Workspace. Configured business integrations, including Daftra, may receive relevant customer, invoice and payment data when those workflows are used.
Access depends on the employee's company, branch and role permissions. Authorized staff can search the shared customer directory and service history; branch financial access is restricted separately. Information is not a public social feed. Exporting, printing or sharing a document at your request produces a copy that you control.
Device storage and security
The app uses local storage and session cookies to maintain the workspace and sign-in state. Network connections use HTTPS and the service checks company access permissions. Signing out removes the app session and local web storage; it does not delete business records retained on the company server or copies previously exported.
Advertising and permissions
The Android and iOS apps do not include an advertising SDK, do not request the Android advertising identifier or the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA), and do not track users across apps or websites. They do not request location access. The camera and the photo library are used only when a staff member takes or chooses a photo for a job card or an inspection report. Photos and documents selected or supplied for garage work are processed as part of the corresponding record.
Retention and deletion requests
Business records, audit information and historical versions can remain in company storage after a user signs out or an employee account is disabled. There is no automatic deletion of server records when the app is uninstalled. For access, correction, account removal or deletion requests, contact info@senfineco.center with the subject “SENF GARAGE privacy request”. Identify the company account or relevant record; do not send your password. Requests require identity and authorization verification. Records needed for accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes may need to be retained; the request response should identify applicable limitations.

تشغّل senfineco Oman تطبيق «سنفينكو جراج — SENF GARAGE» لموظفي الجراج المصرّح لهم، وهو متاح على Android وعلى iPhone و iPad (باسم Senfineco Garage). يتصل التطبيق بمساحة عمل الشركة ويتطلب الإنترنت وحساب شركة مخوّلًا.

تُستخدم البيانات لإدارة الجراج وخدمة العملاء والفحص والفوترة والتحقق من الصلاحيات والحماية. تُحفظ سجلات العمل والصور في خدمات الشركة السحابية. توفّر Cloudflare خدمات الاستضافة والتخزين والدخول، وقد يُستخدم Google Workspace لتسجيل دخول الشركة. قد تستقبل تكاملات الأعمال المفعّلة، ومنها دفترة، بيانات العميل والفاتورة والدفع عند استخدام تلك الإجراءات.
يخضع الوصول لصلاحيات الموظف والفرع والدور. يمكن للموظفين المصرّح لهم البحث في دليل العملاء وسجل الخدمة المشترك، مع تقييد البيانات المالية للفروع بصورة منفصلة. تصدير أو طباعة أو مشاركة مستند بطلب المستخدم ينتج نسخة يتحكم بها المستخدم.
يستخدم التطبيق اتصال HTTPS وتخزينًا محليًا وملفات جلسة الدخول. تسجيل الخروج يمسح جلسة التطبيق وتخزينه المحلي، لكنه لا يحذف سجلات العمل من الخادم أو النسخ المصدّرة. لا تتضمن نسختا Android و iOS حزمة إعلانات، ولا تطلبان معرّف الإعلانات أو صلاحية الموقع الجغرافي، ولا تتتبعان المستخدم. تُستخدم الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور فقط عند التقاط أو اختيار صورة لبطاقة العمل أو تقرير الفحص.
قد تبقى سجلات العمل والتدقيق والنسخ التاريخية محفوظة بعد الخروج أو إيقاف حساب الموظف. حذف التطبيق لا يحذف سجلات الخادم تلقائيًا. لطلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو إزالة الحساب أو حذف البيانات، راسل info@senfineco.center بعنوان «SENF GARAGE privacy request»، وحدّد الحساب أو السجل دون إرسال كلمة المرور. يُتحقق من الهوية والصلاحية، وقد تتطلب الالتزامات المحاسبية أو القانونية أو النزاعات الاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات وبيان القيود عند الرد.
